INTEGRAL LIFT HANDLE

  • Integral lift handle is arched to permit self centering of lifting device.

UPPER BEARING

  • Upper bearing: deep groove ball bearing

POWER CABLE

  • Extra long replaceable power cable of 33' length is retained and sealed with a strain relief gland

CAST IRON

  • Cast iron construction with epoxy coating for maximum corrosion resistance

MOTOR WINDINGS

  • Motor windings provided with class H insulation and fully protected by embedded auto reset thermal switches

MECHANICAL AND LIP SEAL

  • GRP 10 / GRP 19 with combination of mechanical seal and lip seal. Models from GRP 26-118 with two mechanical seals (Silicon Carbide / Silicon Carbide)

MINERAL OIL CHAMBER

  • Mineral oil filled seal chamber positively lubricates seals and permits a seal leakage probe to be installed

IMPELLER

  • A variety of high head open multichannel impellers are available for smooth, vibration free operation.

STAINLESS STEAL CUTTER

  • 55 HRC hardened stainless steel cutter system consisting of stationary cutter ring and blade rotor
